Payment Options

All prices are in US dollars. We accept Paypal in addition to Visa and Master Card. Please note that a 9% sales tax will be applied to the cost of your item.

Packaging

I will secure all jewelry with recycled shreds of paper in Kraft Gable Boxes, which will be enclosed in corrugated boxes for the safety of your item.

Shipping

All items will be shipped by way of USPS and will have a tracking number as well as insurance. The cost of shipping and handling within the United States will be $6.50. Orders will be shipped between three and five days after payment is received.

Repair

At Pieknosc/Belleza we do our best to maintain the integrity of each piece we make, therefore if an earwire or clasp breaks within three months after purchase, we will replace it for free. If you have questions, please contact me.

Return

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it for store credit. The item(s) must be unworn, and have the original tags attached, along with the original receipt. Returns must be received within 7 days of receipt. Pieknosc/Belleza will not be responsible for return shipping costs. If you find a comparable item online, please contact me and I will gladly send you your desired item after the original item is received. If you would like to apply your remaining balance to another item, please contact me at (773) 696-5216.
